Seb maintains the copyright of all media he produces. By ordering media, you purchase the full unlimited commercial license for each photo. Both parties are allowed to license the media to other third parties under separate agreements (i.e., to a graphic designer for creating a flyer or promotion, or other desired reasons) with the understanding that neither party will use an image or video that depicts the other party’s brand negatively or in direct cooperation of the other party’s competitor. In addition, Seb can use any ordered and unordered media in the same way as listed above for portfolio use. If you (or a representative) do not want Seb to use specific media from the shoot, you will inform Seb in writing during the ordering process, indicating which file(s) are not to be used. Seb can not use any media that is or was listed in the online ordering gallery.
