I maintain the copyright of all media I create.
By ordering media, you purchase the full unlimited commercial license for each photo.
Both parties are allowed to license the media to other third parties under separate agreements (i.e., to a graphic designer for creating a flyer or promotion, or other desired reasons) with the understanding that neither party will use an image or video that depicts the other party’s brand in a negative way or in direct cooperation of the other party’s competitor.
In addition, I can use any ordered and unordered media in the same way as listed above for portfolio use. If you (or a representative) do not want me to use specific media from the shoot, you will inform me in writing during the ordering process, indicating which file(s) are not to be used.
I can not use any media that is or was listed in the online ordering gallery.
